Welcome to our holiday home in Costabella, just a 10-minute drive from the old town of Marbella and a 15-minute drive from the famous Puerto Banús.
Costabella is known for its nice beach restaurants and sandy beaches.
This beautifully decorated vacation home is within walking distance of many good beach restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, so no car is needed.
There are also many golf courses, such as Santa Clara or Rio Real within a 5 minute drive, perfect location!
The house is built on 3 levels. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 guest toilet, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace with an outdoor shower and a kitchen.
At the entrance to the right you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs. The terrace has an outside table and a large outside sofa with a coffee table, perfect for relaxing in the evening. There is also a large roof terrace with an outdoor sofa and 2 sun loungers with beautiful sea views, to enjoy the evenings outdoors.
On the second floor you will find the 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a king size bed, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
We provide bath towels and sheets for all rooms so you only have to bring your personal items.
The house is air conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.
There is also WIFI available in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
In addition, the rent includes a parking space with a garage.
