Our Track Record
C2C Properties was established in 1997. We then moved to our current spot in San Luis de Sabinillas, Manilva, in 2002. We have lived and worked here for over 20 years. Consequently, we feel passionate about the amazing lifestyle this area offers. Whether you stay year-round or seek a holiday home in the sun, we can help.

Our passion, experience and local insiders’ knowledge really helps our clients to find the perfect property. That’s why we only sell properties in Manilva, Sabinillas, Casares and Duquesa, a radius of under 5 kilometres from our office.

Our Office
The office is in central Sabinillas, on Avenida de Manilva, just a few hundred meters from the beautiful beach and long seafront promenade. There is street parking, but it can get busy, so if you’re driving to us, ask us for recommendations of the best places to find parking nearby.

We’re about a 10-minute walk from the popular expat hotspot of Puerto de la Duquesa and its great bars and restaurants.

We base ourselves in Manilva district. It includes the hill village of Manilva, beachside Sabinillas town, and Duquesa port area. Each spot offers unique charms. They appeal to different buyers. Plus, a golf course and beautiful countryside provide ample choices for buyers and renters. Due to Gibraltar's proximity and affordable properties, Manilva, Sabinillas, and Casares attract expats. These people work in Gibraltar or mainland Spain. A strong international community thrives here year-round. Holiday home owners visit often too.
