Our Track Record
C2C Properties was established in 1997 and moved to our current location in San Luis de Sabinillas, Manilva in 2002. We have lived and worked in this area for over 20 years and are passionate about the incredible lifestyle it can offer, whether you’re here year-round, or just want to rent or buy a holiday home in the sun.

You can find our office in San Luis de Sabinillas, which is 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 15 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella and 55 minutes from Malaga airport. Feel free to pop in and talk to the team, contact us to discuss property in the area, or arrange a visit to view properties.
Our Office
The office is in central Sabinillas, on Avenida de Manilva, just a few hundred meters from the beautiful beach and long seafront promenade. There is street parking, but it can get busy, so if you’re driving to us, ask us for recommendations of the best places to find parking nearby.
Just a short walk to Puerto de la Duquesa
We’re about a 10-minute walk from the popular expat hotspot of Puerto de la Duquesa and its great bars and restaurants.

What’s the area like?
We are located in the district of Manilva, which includes the village of Manilva up in the hills, the beachside town of Sabinillas and the port area of Duquesa.
Each area has its own charms and appeals to different buyers, depending on whether they want to be in the centre of a bustling town, close to nightlife, or enjoy a more traditional Spanish way of life.
Surrounding these central points, there are many residential communities, a golf course and beautiful countryside, giving buyers and renters a lot of property choice.
As a result of its close proximity to Gibraltar and good value properties, Manilva, Sabinillas and Casares have become a popular place for expats working in Gibraltar or mainland Spain to live. There is a strong international community of expats who are here year-round, as well as holiday home owners who visit frequently.
This area offers a wonderful lifestyle and of course excellent weather. There’s always plenty to do and definitely something for everyone, whether you want all the comforts of home under sunny skies or to integrate yourself and your family into the Spanish community and culture you can find a wonderful life here.
